What should I expect during my first session?

Your first session will be a full hour session while learning the equipment and exercises. Don't be afraid to ask questions and provide feedback!

What should I wear?

Wear your normal work out clothing or anything you feel comfortable moving in. Pilates is a full body workout and breathable fabrics are recommended.

How should I be prepared?

  • Make sure to be hydrated and bring water
  • Eat something light
  • Dress comfortably
  • Please be ready to advocate for yourself. If you know you have pain, heart problems, dizziness, etc. please, say something!
  • Be open to learning about yourself and trying new things!

What if I am late?

Your session will be the remaining time of your scheduled session after you arrive.

I need to reschedule/cancel a session

Please COMMUNICATE! Reach out if there is a problem with your time. Sessions can be rescheduled with your instructor or through your account. No-shows will not be rescheduled or refunded.
