Nestled in the pine trees of Cypress Lakes in Hope Mills, Haelan Pilates is a full studio in a converted garden shed that specializes in helping our clients reach their fitness goals through Joseph Pilates’ unique approach. Our sessions will prioritize total body strengthening through focused core work and the Principles of Pilates. You can expect a session to be a full hour, fully customized to your goals, that will challenge and increase athleticism, and support injury prevention and rehabilitation. What are the Principles of Pilates? Breath, concentration, control, precision, center, and flow. Combined, the principles create a mindful practice that bring adjustments and awareness to the body in a low impact workout with noticeable results.
